1. Sanitization Of Restaurant
The primary step to fight corona virus is to keep the place sanitized, so we are making sure to disinfect and clean every corner of the restaurant. From the entrance area, door handles, loo, dining tables to debit terminals, everything gets sanitized after each use. Overall restaurants, including kitchen, gets disinfected three times a day. We use food-safe solution to rinse food-prep tools and cutlery sets to ensure we serve hygienic food.

Every member of the staff gets sanitized, undergoes thermal checking before entering the restaurant and is encouraged to maintain hygiene.
Our chefs wear sanitized protective layering such as aprons, hand gloves, head wear and wash their hands at regular interval to take no chance of risk. The cooking utensils and serving silverware are also rinsed thoroughly. Our waiters and delivery executives are equipped with hand sanitizers, gloves and are specially trained to maintain minimum contact to no contact at all with our customers.
4. New-approach in table service
To ensure physical distance with dine-in guests, we have innovated table service by undertaking various parameters to maintain minimum interaction between staff and guests. The waiters will only appear at guests’ table when they call for service, and the food will be served from an adequate distance in clean silverware. Only the freshly cooked food will be served to guests. If any guest encounters a problem with food, it will immediately be replaced without further any queries.
5. Limiting Capacity
As per the norms set by Vancouver coastal health, we are running the restaurant with reduced capacity. It is time we remain sensitive towards the current crisis and support each other to get out of this pandemic.
6. Redesigned space to follow Social Distancing
To ensure the safety of your beloved guests, we have slightly changed the seating arrangements so that social distancing can be maintained. As per the guidelines by authorities, we have set dining tables at least two metres away from each other. We still believe in giving great dining experience to our guest in a safe environment.
