CATERING PROCEDURE

  • Minimum guests for a catering order is 15 guests
  • Catering groups below 15 guests must be encouraged to order through the regular menu and offered 10% off as they are large orders
  • Menu suggestions must be provided from the menu

50% OF THE TOTAL HEADCOUNT DIVIDED BY THE NUMBER OF APPETIZERS

IF THEY HAVE 1 APPETIZER: THE PORTION SIZE FOR APPETIZERS IS 15

IF THEY HAVE 2 APPETIZERS: THE PORTION SIZE FOR APPETIZERS ARE 7.5 AND 7.5

75% OF THE TOTAL HEADCOUNT DIVIDED BY THE NUMBER OF CURRIES
