The cocktail program is designed by our award-winning beverage consultant Jeff Savage, crowned World Class Canada Bartender of the Year in 2019 and runner-up for World Class Global Bartender of the Year in the same year, has masterfully crafted the cocktail program. As the former Bar Lead for Botanist, a 2023 Michelin Guide-awarded establishment recognized as the 19th Best Bar in North America by 50 Best Bars in 2023, Savage brings a wealth of expertise and innovation.
His creations draw inspiration from distinct Indian flavors and spirits, offering a refreshing departure from typical Canadian beverage menus. Among his signature libations are the bright and effervescent MAKARA HIGHBALL, featuring vodka, ginger liqueur, makrut lime, coconut soda, and a house acid mix, and the delicate Ratis Embrace, a harmonious blend of vodka, lychee, almond, rose, and raspberry.
