CONSULTATION
- Once you fill out the catering form we will schedule a 30 minute discovery call to get event details
TASTING & PLANNING
- We Offer a tasting for 2 for guest count of over 100 and for 4 for guest count more than 200 to help you decide the dishes that will be served at the event, finalize the rentals, service process and venue details.
FINAL MEETING
- We will meet with you 25-30 days prior to the event to obtain room and table layout and finalize any changes
EVENT DAY
- We will conduct a site inspection one day prior/ on the day of the event based on the availability of the venue to finalize the room setup, layout and prep areas.
