The Process

CONSULTATION

A 30-minute discovery call to gather key details and walk you through the entire process.

TASTING & PLANNING

We Offer a tasting for 2 for guest count of over 100 and for 4 for guest count more than 200 to help you decide the dishes that will be served at the event, finalize the rentals, service process and venue details.

FINAL MEETING

We will meet with you 25-30 days prior to the event to obtain room and table layout and finalize any changes

EVENT DAY

We will conduct a site inspection one day prior/ on the day of the event based on the availability of the venue to finalize the room setup, layout and prep areas.
